We can cancel your order within 24 hours of your order being placed. After this your order will be processed. Please e-mail us with any issues when cancelling your order. Please note that cancellations will be subject to a 5% charge if paid via credit card. We, as merchants, are charged for cancellations and will pass this on to the cancelling customer.

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for any edible products.

Orders local to Fort McMurray will be subject to 1-2 days for processing and packing orders.

Should you receive an item you did not order or an item is missing from your order, we ask that you e-mail us. Please include your order number and issue with your order.
